Chester Theatre Club is Chester's biggest theatre club. We were formed in 1944, and generally stage 5 or 6 plays each year.

Our venue, The Little Theatre, was bought by the Club in 1962.

The Little Theatre boasts the following facilities:

• Comfortable upholstered seating for 126 people in a raked auditorium.
• An adaptable, well equipped stage with matching technical facilities.
• A large wardrobe of costumes from all periods.
• A well stocked and spacious workshop to supply the needs of its productions.
• Its own licensed bar, open to all members and visitors to the theatre.
• A large clubroom which is used for meetings, club evenings and interval refreshments.
